FAILURE TO RESPOND TO EMAIL

On the 11th of January 2013, I sent an email to Samsung explaining my dillema that I was having with the company that they outsourced repairs to. i.e TECHNIFIX. My fridge had been booked in to be repaired on the 03rd of January and I was having problems with Technifix as no one was returning my calls or keeping me updated with the progress of the parts that they ordered. I had been without a fridge from the 27th of December. After numerous calls to Technifix and speaking to an unhelpful so called Manager Althaf and other staff, I was finally told to call SAMSUNG call centre myself which I did. To date I am still awaiting their phone call which they promised to make to me once they had some feedback. Samantha from Technifix finally called me on the 20th of Jan to let me know that SAMSUNG had informed her that they could not repair my fridge and that I should return to the store to get another one. All well and good accept for the fact that they no longer made the same model that I had so I had to settle for a smaller fridge. SAMSUNG is a well know brand and you expect excellent service from both them and from the companies that they outsource for repairs... a huge disappointment.
