What a joke of a DSTV installe

I called as they used to be good, booked an appointment and they sent people out. They checked inside cables and connections and said nothing was wrong. They never once bothered to check the dish and said if it does the problem again they will come back,
Of course it gave me trouble and I called to book and had to wait till they were available again to send a team. I was told 9 o clock they will be at my place I waited over half hour to get told they on the way when I phoned. I also have a job to do and can't sit waiting for people who can keep to time and when I called the lady had such a poor attitude. I requested the owner call me and was told they would call which has yet to happen. So the owner and staff all have the same attitude and don't seem to care.
I don't recommend them at all and would rather say call Benoni Car and Audio to have your DSTV problems.
Really annoyed with the and the POOR POOR service
