Multichoice
It has been "escalated"!

About 6 months back my 86 yr old Mom had a fall and broke her hip. When back home she wanted to listen to 702 in our lounge. Tried the DSTV Radio Channel and got "E50" error. I reported this and was told by the Consultant that my report had been "escalated" and all should be fine within a few hours. As things have gone Mom has preferred to stay in her bedroom and listen on a normal radio. Last week I received a DSTV update telling me that there was an "MGM" Channel available. Went to that and got a "you can't watch this " message. I then checked the Audio Service. Guess what? "E50" again! I called DSTV to be told that, although I pay R600.00 a month (to watch about 8/ 9 Channels), we were not authorised to watch this new service! At the same time I reported, again, that my Audio Service gave an "E50" message to be told that my report had been "escalated" and would "be resolved shortly". Five days later and STILL NO AUDIO!! So much for their "escalation" Policy! And I am also damned annoyed to pay what I do to be told that I have no access to a Channel shown and advertised on my TV! Multichoice needs a good wake-up call and I hope that hellopeter is the way to go!
