I purchased two Twisps from Gateway a few weeks ago, the team were amazing and assisted in every possible way. I was able to try as many flavours as I wanted, they were truly amazing! However, my husband had not been with me and so we went to Pavilion to buy more flavours and the pipe fitting. Firstly, the lady was so rude I for a minute thought she was paying me to buy the products and secondly I was told I cannot test the flavours without bringing my device in, I find that very strange as how do they attract new business??? I left without any purchases and advise people to not waste their time or energy at Pavilion. If you cannot test the product what is the point of the store!!! Gateway have a friendly team that can give you great advice without the attitude. Truly disappointed.
