3 Months to wait for TV set

It is now three months my Telefunken tv set is not repaired yet. I send to of my TV sets in for repairs. One of the sets they say they cant get it fix for me that is due to unprofessional workmanship, and the Telefunken is still not repaired yet. i phoned them on the 30 January 2014 to ask whats going on and the excuses is that the post office didn't delivered the Spares. 3 Months to long. they even charge me for a tv they cant repair and charge me for a tv that's still in for repair. I'm almost 8 years with them now and this is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a tv from my Brother in Law for R4000 who is going to give me back that money. i don't know what to do anymore.
