Terrible service - very dissapointed

I handed in my phone on Sunday 19th Jan for Repairs to the Smart Care Centre in Roodepoort. I had bought the phone on the 13 Nov 2012 and it has a 24 month warranty (which therefore expires 13 Nov 2014). The booking agent told me that the serial number on the phone indicates its out of warranty, I told him that cannot be true but I didn't have my POP on me. He told me that I would receive an email the following day with a quote and I must respond to that email and send them my POP, and the phone will be ready in 3-7days. I never got a quote. I called on Thurs and was told they are still waiting for a quote. I called again on Mon 27th and Refilwe told me again my phone is out of warranty, I told her the story and that I will send her POP, she needs to email me the quote. She says she did, I did not get it, till today. I sent her an email with the POP after getting her email address over the phone, I don't know if she got the email, coz there was no response. No feedback. I tried calling 0116757715 since Tues, it just rings, no answer, no voicemail, nothing. This is very very very disappointing of Samsung, and frustrating. I want my phone fixed. Do something! Its 10 days later now!
