Purchased a Samsung 8 Series 3D TV and was advised by salesman that 4 pairs would be in the box. On leaving the store, checked the screen but did not check the box containing the glasses as it was still sealed in plastic.
10 days later after we had bought a TV stand and unpacked the box, only to find out that there were only two pairs of 3D glasses in the box instead of four.
Went to the store expecting a fight (my word against theirs about missing glasses). Told the story to Mr Stein and without an argument, rigorous questioning or doubting me telling the truth, gladly supplied me with the two extra pairs. What a pleasure in dealing with Mr Stein.
