Shaverblades paid for but nothing received

During July 2013 I paid the amount R450 via Internet into the Bank account of Skyelectronics, for Phillps Shaverheads, which only they supply. I received a parcel that was tampered with, but I cut it open for the two staples I saw, made me think it was double sealed, and took it to our Post Office in Lydenburg. Several e-mails was send to the company and Candice was the person to whom I talked to as well corresponded with. Up to 21 Januarie 2014 I have not received any shaverheads which I paid for. Candice said I must phone Speedservices and send e mails to me, telling me I have to take it up with our Post Office, sending me to do the inquiries. They are not responsible to take this matter up.

I have ordered a new shaverhead and paid for it again, R470, which I received.

This is the only business which I know of, selling the Philips shaverheads, but after this episode, it is a NO to do business with.

I do have all the emails I send to them to state my case.
