Shocked and dismayed

I purchased two 36 optical PTZ, s from Elecroman SA, First of all they sold me 27 optical and not 36. One of the PTZ, s did not have the camera inside. They promised they would send it down to Durban for me. I waited at the airport, phoned about 50 times to find out that they did not send it down in the first place. They told me they would sent it to my client in Richards Bay, Waited in Richards Bay for three days still no camera finally they told me that they could not get one. It took them three days to tell me that. Then they would not return my money until i returned the PTZ, s I spend two extra days waiting for something that was not going to arrive in the first place. I lost about 10k because of there... what can i do to recoup my money...
