When you try to phone a store it is impossible to get a direct number to the store. What? So I tried calling the generic number Stanley puts up everywhere, but no one helps or answers and it basically asks you not to leave a message after the beep. What? Also, it says they are only working between certain hours, during which time I phoned. What? How do I get a hold of you guys? I don't want to waste my time driving to a store an hour away for nothing for goodness sake let us be able to call you!!
