On the 09 January 2014 I when to cresta shopping center when I found the Samsung store the employers looked like they not interested in helping I finally when to their service desk at the service desk I spoke to some one that was not concern off my enquiry but after while told me that if my screen is broken I must take it to their service center at Welterved park and gave me a pager with directions and said they fix s4 screens for free. I was about to go so I decided to call to confirm when I called a lady at reception advise that they on change S4 screens for free and not S4 mini why did I receive false information from such a large organization
