I called LG Call Centre to get my tumble dryer repaired. They refer me to call Xecutronix who happens to be the only service provider around JHB/Centurion area. Xecutronix wants me to pay for the call out fee BEFORE they make an appointment for them to come out. Am I missing a logical flow of things here? As far as I'm concern, since when do we have to pay for a service that has not been rendered yet. That's before they even consider making an appointment. It is not like I'm not willing to pay for the call out charge. If I accept the quotation with the call out charge, I will pay for it. Simply ridiculous.
