Samsung after sales service is absolutely atrocious. They (Samsung) is extremely quick to take your money, sell you extended warranties and give you sales talk, however when it gets to resolving queries and issues it is impossible to get any clear answers. Ever tried to get in touch with any senior member of Samsung staff... good luck mate... it no doubt appears as if they are all hiding behind their call centre that loops around in a web of total confusion!! So after a month of countless telephone calls we are still getting the same garbage... not to mentioned that a representative inform us that it is 5 minutes to four o'clock and that she can't help as she is leaving the office... no doubt the senior management of Samsung must be extremely proud of this behaviou
