Incomplete Order Received

I ordered the following products on 21 October:
Special Request: iRobot 83401 Caster Assembly for Roomba 500 @ R235.94
PLUS
iRobot 82401 Roomba R3 500 Series Replacement-Brush and Filters @ R350.18

Total = R629.93

I paid for this order in full.

Last week (after submitting 3 tickets and almost 2 months later!!!) I receive my order and only the iRobot 82401 Roomba R3 500 Series Replacement-Brush and Filters @ R350.18 is included in the package.

I have NOT RECEIVED Special Request: iRobot 83401 Caster Assembly for Roomba 500 @ R235.94

I've submitted another 3 tickets asking them when I will receive the rest of my order and now they have deleted all of my tickets (queries), without responding to any of my queries!
There is no phone number and they are not responding to online queries.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS EVER!
