Bad Service - TTS

My Samsung fridge which is just out of warranty stopped working on 1 May 2013. I phoned the Samsung repair/service company in Port Elizabeth (TTS) and requested a technician to come and look at the problem. This was only done on 6 May. The technician left my house promising to phone with the quote and explain the problem. I heard nothing from them until I followed up on 7th May. After this I received an sms with the quote for the repair.By Friday (10 May) I still had not heard anything back from TTS indicating when the repair work would be done and when I could expect the fridge/freezer to be fixed.
I know that I was rude during my call on Friday, but I believe that this was warranted based on the bad service I have received. The person dealing with my call however hung up on me! As of this morning I still have not heard from TTS, even though I requested that if the repair work did not happen today that they contact me to let me know why it couldn't be done and when I can expect them to service the fridge/freezer. It would be nice if TTS had the courtesy of keeping me updated as to the progress of my repairs. I believe that this is totally unacceptable service!
