I recently bought an item from [URL Removed] They are a relatively new shop who should really be trying to build a good reputation in the market. This is however not the case!! The item i ordered and paid for was incorrect on their website, and I was asked to either cancel, pay in a difference or accept the wrong product. I know that mistakes happen and would have been happy to change my order were it not for Wayne and his terrible attitude towards the customer. He kept pointing out that they have a disclaimer and that these things will happen in the future!!! really not a good way to instill confidence in your customers Wayne... your temper didn't help either!!
Please be careful when ordering from them as their own staff have warned us... they will make mistakes at your cost!!
Thank you to the group head though, who took my call and acknowledged my concerns and will hopefully feedback to me soon with a resolution!!
