Bought new pants, they are very expensive so you automatically expect good quality and value. But not with sissy boy. My pants had a fault in the fabric. Took photo's sent it through to them, been in contact with Alex Ressel. Clearly see it is a fault, no pulls, hooks or rips, not even 2 months old and hardly been worn. Sissy boy have a 6 month exchange policy, but because I bought it through Edgars, I have to exchange it back through Edgars. It was a cash purchase and I no longer have the receipt. So they will not help me.
Alex from Sissy boy sends me an e-mail basically saying - Sorry for you we do not care.
It is your product, you can see by the style and product number that it is your current range, you must supply it to Edgars, yet you refuse to help me. Put the blame on Edgars.
Hope anyone out there wanting to buy sissy boy products will learn from my mistake. Yes they are stylish, cost a fortune but you will not get the quality that most other expensive brands offer. Quality mistakes happen, cannot check every item. Good companies accept responsibility and correct their mistakes, because they believe in their brands. Clearly sissy boy does not.
