It has taken me TWO MONTHS AND A HALF MONTHS to get my AEG fridge serviced and repaired. I have been messed around, had call outs missed, given false information, had calls ignored, dropped and passed around the company until I am hung up on. Receptionists not knowing what's going on and not passing me on to superiors. Service MANAGERS dodging my calls and not calling me back when the situation has now become ridiculous and urgent. I cannot believe the unbelievably SHOCKING service I have received from AEG South Africa, without an apology or a reason.
And then... when I posted this complaint on their Facebook page, they deleted it within twenty minutes!! UNBELIEVABLE COWARDS!
