Six weeks later, empty promises! Does Samsung even know how bad this company that they reffer their own clients to is performing??? Not only does the staff feel it's comforting to tell you that you only waiting 6 weeks, other clients have been on the list for three months!!! Good luck with trying to get through to this incompetent company, the phone will ring for a minumim of 15 times before an irritating voice on the other end will pick up and just give you a bigger taste of their horrible service. So please, whenever your screen brake, rather go to Samsung direct, get in your car and drive, because if you think that the time you are going to spend driving to Pretoria will be the biggest mistake you will make.. I am in the Telecoms industry and I will make sure that non of our staff or clients use this company as a prefferd supplier!!! What a shocker!...and it's of no suprise to end this mail off by saying I still dont have a replaced cover, or received a phone call from any of their uselless staff!! Avoid at all cause!!!
