On the 6th of December I bought an electric gate motor and was assisted by Jan. I was then informed that he was out of stock but if i could deposit (R3130, incl R180 delivery fee) directly into his account, he will get the motor and will be able to deliver by Tuesday the 10th. Tuesday I contacted him cos I was not hearing from him, he then promised to email me a tracking number as the motor was in transit. He never sent the tracking number and then I tried to call him but his phone was always switched off. I sent sms's every day but he never responded. Then his brother contacted me after a week and told me that Jan was in rehab for an alcohol problem. He said I should give him the details of my purchase and he will try and sort it out. Another week later we demanded a refund as the motor was still not delivered. Cobus, the brother then deposited only R2000 into our account. We tried to call them after for the remaining R1130 but they were no longer answering our calls. Bid or buy claims that this seller has been verified by them and have allowed 'good comments' from fake customers to be posted on their website. Be ware of this seller and bidorbuy
