Had to Pay R550 for a repair and ps3 still broken

Had my PS3 system sent in for repairs because of Yellow light of death, upon arriving home I found that although the issue appeared fixed, the fan speed was permanently on maximum. It's not in an inclosed space and I have never had issues with the fans. I took it back under the 30 day warranty, only to be told that because this was not the original issue, it was not covered by warranty and that additional costs would be involved with further "repair". After arguing with the tech neither he, nor the manager would compromise on the issue. Furthermore, my data had been corrupted after the so called "repair" and that meant the all saved game data was unusable. Upon mentioning that to the tech, he smirked and "apologized"

I am not happy with this level of service and would STRONGLY recommend people to make use of other repair services.
