On Wednesday, I phoned the Samsung store in Brooklyn as my 2 MONTH old Galaxy S4's battery was swelling and giving issues (I'm no longer able to use my phone without it being on charge) and was told they'd keep one for me. I got to the store, and surprise surprise, they had none. I got very upset, but the OWNER told me they would "definitely" be there by Friday. Well, today is Friday and now they tell me that they don't have stock. This is in clear violation of CPA and I would like this resolved, whether they get me a free battery or give me one of their batteries they sell, this is abhorrent customer service. I work in retail, and where I work this would never have happened.
