Having been on the market for a new laptop for sometime I looked online to see what is on offer & with the many companies that sell the same thing I sent an email to about 5 that I felt comfortable with their pricing from on a comparison site & within 10 minutes of my email Nnini from Techno Vision responsed with all the questions I had answered what needs to happen should I want to purchase, needless to say 3 hours later none of the others had gotten back to me so I went ahead & purchased with them, 2 days later I had a new laptop.
