Do i need to ask for service

Other than that I have to always phone to see what is happening to my phone which has been by you since 31 October.i still do not have my phone. My job number is 172604.Why cant people give a service! do I have to ask? Today is the 12 November 2013 after speaking to managers with in the branch. still no success. Where must I go to get service. Things happen I understand keep in contact with the customer. Try act like you want my or anyone Business. This is not the first time I have had bad service from your branch!
