I believe i am writing to Autopage for the last time. i see your facebook page and twitter and Hellopeter pages are full of compaints.
1. My phone was dispatched from Darro Electronics on the 21/06/2013, i phone autopage everyday, it seems like they do not know where my fone is?
2. i never get any correspondence of the complaints i lodged 3 days ago for an employee who has guts to tell me what to do and not to when i enquire about the phone,
3. I am sorry to say this, buy Autopage seems to be caring less about their customers needs. i use that phone for business, it only needed a little attention, but yes it took 4 weeks already.
4. I cancelled my insurance because it seems like useless when paying insurance but getting lower services. do you have preferences? using a Preferential Treatment Polocy like government? lol
5. I need my phone ASAP, before the end of business day today coz i know Darro Electronics have repaired it already, bring it back even if it is not yet repaired!
