In the last three months I have had the privilege to experience superior service from MIELE and in particular from two men on their technical staff, MIKE and WILLIE. First our dishwashing machine and then our fridge gave us problems and Mike and Willie were sent to fix them respectively. Both men were punctual, polite, immaculately and appropriately dressed and utterly professional. In both instances the cause of the problem was immediately diagnosed and fixed within a short time. They left the work area as clean as they found it and best of all, they were not obsequious but gave the appearance of being proud of their trade and workmanship. Well done MIELE for employing men of such calibre!
