Hi Sylvester (011 549 1700), you spoke to me on 26 September adamant that your will come back to me. I've been waiting for over a month now for you to come back. Can you please respond instead of giving the standard suppliers response, "We will get an experienced technician blah blah blaa)
Tembiso, Umangang, no one gets back to me.

I'm now phoning your head office and see if I can get someone to fix my fridge. I not holding my breath though.
I have to say, at the age of 48 that this is the worse service I have ever experienced form a company. You're as good with giving aftersales service as the COJ.
Aren't you guys feeling a bit embarrassed?
If I go to your stores the staff working there admits that they are powerless to help and that this is standard procedure for Samsung. The try to help me citing that they can try and help but I must please understand that if they fail, it is Samsung and not them.

26 September - Received call from Sylvester (011 549 1700). He said he would email me his details and contact Umang, I also forwarded him the email I sent to Umang.
