Lm Satellites

I sent LM satellites an email after getting a few of their adverts, asking for my DSTV to be fixed, DVD player to be rewired and the cabling behind the tv to be sorted out.
They contacted me immediately and were almost harassing me to gain entry to do the job, they eventually went and fixed the DSTV and charged me, which I paid for. When I looked, they hadn't done the DVD nor the cabling and I sent them an email, to which they didn't response, eventually I get a response saying they don't do DVD and leave their work neat and tidy. I have not seen tidy like that. They should have been up front as to what they do, however they did offer to send out another dept that can do the DVD at an additional hourly charge. After complaining they have called me dozens of times to say they are going to fix and here we are they have still not been. I would not recommend this company to anyone, only interested in charging, not actually doing what you want don't.
