I know Howick KFC branch has never been in the 6 years I have lived here a good KFC. Always a problem of some sort. But today I write to you as we bought KFC this morning and it was just terrible. We had to wait for the burgers because it was still being made and to our surpize the fillets was not only as dry as sand but the crust was so hard you could hardly bite it. Not crispy hard. Plasticky hard. Not sure how it was made fresh and the taste like that. To top it all I ordered mash and gravy. I have never seen it like that. The gravy was runny like water with a thick layer of oil drifting at the top. I thought maybe they changed recipe but it taste awful. It had a bitter taste to it so I left it. Seeing that this is the only KFC we have in the area we have to buy there but if I had any choice I would not step foot in it again. Clearly management is not up to scratch and I would just like to point it out to you that in all the time I have been here KFC Howick branch has no good name among the locals.
