I also purchased a external drive from Incredible connection in Boksburg.

The same as with the person complained and I saw various complains about the drive. Mine also doen not start up and also I have to try several times before my win 7 laptop picks it up.

I took it back now to Incredable Connection. warrenty expired. The van't eben sent it in for repairs.

WHAT NOW? ons the box and the You Tube Video it says Limited 3 Years Warrenty. What does that mean.
I have data on the drive which I cannot loose.
