Samsung s4 freezing

Took my handset in as they needed to replace the motherboard as the battery live and internet was faulty.
They said it can take up to 3 hours.
After 3 hours I had to ask them where is my phone.
now with the new board my phone is worse, had to take out the battery twice yesterday.
I dont want to take my phone in again as I dont have the time and they also took longer then they said it would take, and the phone is worse after the repair, theya also did not even load the latest sw on the phone, I had to do it.
