Pathetic sevice and wants nothing to do with them

Purchased a sumsung washing machine 2008.The machine ceased to operate this year. called electronic sumsung for repairs, receptionist putted me on hold for an hour till the line died without telling me who she is transfering me too, called again spoked with the same lady who ask me what was wrong expl to her the situation she spoked with me in her samsung language which i didnt understand about control panels and ect asked what was that she bacame so irrate and line was dropped, called the following day the18/9/2013 and finally spoked with theo one of the technicians who told me the part will cost me about R776with the labour and will call me to let me know who is assigned to come fix the machine and by when, waited no call brk, later the day called in again spoked with a michelle and a tasneem who gave me job number:170783 and said a tchnician will come over eithr thursday the 19/09/2013or the 20/9/2013 waited no one came, called again wednesday the25/9/2013 only to be told the technician that was to come went to a funeral as a client was not informed about this, i called the technicians mngr derick compton who passed the buck back to tasneem my machine needs to be fixed urgently
