I placed an order a few weeks ago for some products I wanted to buy from AVSupply's online store. After a day or two I confirmed the order and paid. The EFT clear and within a few minutes' delivery details were confirmed and I received a mail with my tracking number for my order. The following day at 09:15am the delivery was made. Note from Cape town to Johannesburg.
This is just an example of excellent customer service; company's still taking pride to provide goods/services at a great price, friendly helpful staff and good logistic strategy.
Thanks a lot to AVSupply for their great service and they can be sure of me doing business with the in the future again.
