I submitted a complaint about my phone acting up on their web site early this morning (after trying the live chat, which does not work).
I didn't even receive an email stating that they received the complaint.
The reason why I tried to contact them directly is because the constant rebooting of the phone is a known issue discussed on many forums, so I don't feel that my cellular provider can add any value by sending the phone to Samsung. I feel that the phone should be replaced by another model that does not have this problem.
