Inability to fix a problem

Dropped off a 72CM T.V (SANSUI) for repairs. Had to pay R200 for initial investigating Afterwards i was requested to pay R2000 upfront for the repairs. This happened in October, two weeks to repair. As I run a Holiday resort and the t.v in question gets used in the hall it was really important to keep turn around as fast as possible, explained this to the owner. Every time I go there (six) the owner has a story that he's trying to help me, blames every single staff member for not doing their job, even went as far to tell me that he fired a girl because she did not give him the message to phone me, he still have not phoned me (why fire her) my t.v has been there for nearly four months. I subsequently had to go and buy another tv for the resorts hall. He (owner) has gone as far as to offer me a R4000-00 tv just to get me off his back, my tv costs R18000. I have now threatened him with bringing in the police on Friday to collect my tv. Fixed or not, plus a refund on all my expensis. I can not believe a business can operate this way.
