Sumsung claims in their mission statement that they enrich people lives when using their products, hence I was so proud and confident when I bought my 46 inch LCD TV, it was sumsung after all my life was going to be enriched. It has been, I bought the LCD in July after just three days the TV started doing the following:
Changes channels by itself,
Reducing and increase the volume by itself
Switches on and off by itself
Trusting the product I send it back to the store which it took three weeks, they said sumsung as the supplier is fixing the problem. As soon as the TV got home my nightmare started again. Took it back again it was with them for four days, I was told it was just settings and the problem is fixed. I got home the TV is still doing the same thing, my life is not enriched, you claim to be a leader in technology, please attend to my query I spend my hard earned money, it is not fair as I'am not getting value for my money, disappointing especially because it is SUMSUNG the world leader in technology, please live according to your mission statement.
