Had a problem with LED tv, service technicians came out only to identify the problem that i explained over the phone, therefore resulting in a total waste of time. They said they would have to come back to swap out the PCB board. Thats the last i heard. After speaking with multiple call center operators i was assured that i would receive a call from the service dept before close of business. This was promised to me on numerous occasions but yet on about the 5th call to them the service dept had closed out the job. So i had to create a new fault / job no. Starting from scratch again im on about my 4th call back to them still waiting for them to come fix my TV!! Each time they say someone will get in touch with me and nothing happens. I find this absolutely appalling!! One thing is for sure ill will never buy Samsung again for the level of service I've received.
