10 July 2013 I took my Blackberry cellphone in for repairs to HollywoodBollywood, Newcastle. It's now 7 weeks later and they refuse to give me the phone back. Always an excuse, despite numerous phone calls and visits to the shop. The latest is that I was promised I could get the phone on Friday 30 August. I couldn't get in there so I went in again today (2 Sept 2013), only to be told he's been "too busy" to collect it. I asked if I could go there myself and pick it up and got told that this wasn't allowed. I'm starting to suspect that my phone has been used for spares. Don't use this unscrupulous dealer! I've now been told he will have my phone tomorrow. If not, I shall be laying charges against him. Totally unacceptable behaviour!
