This is perhaps one of the most egregious firms out there, I called them 2 or 3 days ago to request assistance with a damaged DSTV HD cable and hardware only to be repeatedly told:
"This has nothing to do with the installation" & "That it will cost me money"
I then received a called that afternoon to advise me that should I elect to have some other person inspect the "installation" they will void my warrantee. I was promised that management would contact that same day... clearly Blingstallation has no concept of time.
