The supplier Blingstallation had upon me purchasing my DSTV with free installation for the value of R920 knowingly charged me an exorbitant rate of R260 for 40 meters of cabling required for the cabling, failing which to set off the entitled free material of 25 meters of cabling promised by Makro for the installation (25 x R6.50= R162.50). Upon contact of the owner Leon Govender to discuss the query and discrepancy of the intentional overcharge i was reassured that correction would be made and i would be rebated the difference owed (R162.50) via an e-wallet sms to be redeemed from FNB bank. This occurred on the 09/04/13 and till this date no further contact from Leon Govender has been received. It is very unprofessional and disappointing to receive such service from a national company. I was promised peace of mind when purchasing my DSTV that installation will not be troublesome and did not expect to be unlawfully robbed by Blingstallation. Kindly evaluate your contractor in Durban and feedback would be appreciated.
