I bought a new Hi Sense television from Dion Wired Fourways on Wednesday. Upon opening the sealed box, I saw that no 3D glasses was with the set. It has now been 3 days with no luck. I spoke to Patrick earlier today and was promised a call back and solution within an hour, again and still no luck. Unacceptable service on the purchase of a new product!! Why does the client have to run around, making calls, spend money on fuel and time to resolve a suppliers bad delivery of a product?
