Ordered two sets of Delonghi Coffee Glasses as a gift.
I had the order delivered to the person who I was sending the gift to.
Only one set was delivered and one of the two glasses in that set had a huge crack down the middle.
So not only was half the gift delivered the person I had the gift delivered to had to go through the embarrassment of telling me so.
Not impressed at all, if this is Dion wired's Free delivery I'd rather pay and have all my order safely delivered or never use there online service again
