I bought a new Hi Sense 3 D tv from the Fourways branch on Wednesday. No 3 D glasses were in the box. I started calling the branch, leaving messages, kept on following up yesterday, leaving numerous messages. Phoned again this morning, was given a bad excuse, unacceptable!! Did nothing to try and resolve the matter and said I muct sort it out!! I bought a new product and expect that product from them, how can it be expected of the client/customer to run around, make phone calls and drive around to have the matter resolved?? Shocking service and bad treatment of a customer!!
