I purchased a Samsung 51" Plasma TV from Dion Wired on 30th April 2012. Within the first six month my TV broke, didn't switch on. I demanded a new TV, according to the CPA law which states within 6 months the consumer has the right to ask for a new unit, which I did and Samsung refused to help because it hasn't been send in 3 times before. Now my TV is doing the same and now Samsung can't help me because I bought the TV on 30th April '12 which gave 1 Year Warranty, and from the 1 May '12 they gave 2 Years Warranty. I feel that had Samsung replaced my TV the first time it broke, I wouldn't be in this situation.
