We bought our samsung silver nano 12000 BTU in Dec 2005. It stopped working during july. We accept it is out of warranty, and that we will have to pay for repairs. We called the local Samsung agency 021 556 8292 twice during july, both times we spoke to Mandy, who on both occasions promised that Alan would come and repair it.By last week, 1 Aug, we still had not had any service, so we called a third time, we were advised Mandy was off, and we spoke to Lauren, who promised to personally get this attended to. Today is sunday 5 aug, we still have not heard or seen anyone from samsung re repairing our unit.
