3rd month of having this phone and my screen is cracked, i did not even drop the phone went to bed and woke up to a shocking sight. Vodacom is telling me stories about claiming from insurance but i wont pay extra to get my phone replaced and this should surly be a warranty claim. There are many users online complaining about the same thing, this must be a factory fault of some sort
