My sons Gopro Hero 3 black was broken whilst filming. The Gopro was attached to his car and the suction cap came "unstuck".
I contacted Gopro via email and explained (with photographs) what had happened.
Gopro sent a courier to collect the camera and suction cap.
Four days later I get an email stating that Gopro Cape Town are sending us a new one today - NO CHARGE
Amazing - in this day and age
