Evolution Kit not what it was advertised to be

Purchased an evolution kit. Spent a week trying to sort out everything cause the kit had rendered my TV (ES8000) unusable. TV was fixed by the field technicians after a week of phoning and battling with Samsung to get help. Consultants and team leaders are not knowledgeable and far from helpful. My issue is that the evolution kit promises to upgrade your tv to a 2013 specification. This is far from true as what I have found out. The product 'specialist' MDU says he has not had time to test the kit out and that he does not know why I have only 3 panels instead of the 5 panels with the S-Recommendation feature. This was the main reason why I bought the kit. Not a single person has taken accountability to return my calls or even return a single call on time. The agents are totally clueless to whatever I ask them and so is their so called "Product Specialist" This is disgusting service and why does everything have to be a fight? I paid a great deal of money for the evolution kit but getting the support from Samsung is simply IMPOSSIBLE!
