I am a PC guy (very adept at systems) but recently bought myself the new iPad mini. My sister effectively locked it up by playing around with the device passcode. Go figure. Nonetheless, I have been tirelessly trying to update and restore the iPad to its original factory settings, thus solving the passcode problem. iTunes should get a complaint for its constant failure to connect to the iStore, recognise my device and download the updates fully. But I digress.
My next step was Jailbreak. Thank you Kyle and Gareth from the Centurion branch for stopping me from doing so with your quick, concise help... 15 minutes and it was done. No charge. No hassle. Just a kind demeanour. You guys are champs.
I finally sold my soul to Apple, but they made it worth while. Champs!
