I called Samsung, requesting for an e-mail address with regards to a bulk purchase for an educational institution the receptionist (Lydia) refused to provide me with his e-mail address and advised that he is busy in meetings, she also advised me to contact one of the other managers for his details. Is this service delivery that Samsung provides its prospective customers with?
